We will mystery shop your pharmacy every week for 4 weeks in the first month - this will give you valuable data so you know exactly how your team is performing when it comes to the customer experience. After this point, we will continue to mystery shop your pharmacy monthly, with a minimum commitment of 12 months. This will provide your team with ongoing feedback so you can maintain consistency and provide coaching where needed. The cost per mystery shop is $185 + GST
