Mystery Shops can take place online, over the phone, or in person across Australia and New Zealand. The shops can occur on a variety of days and at varying times, depending on the client.

Here’s what to do...
One.
Complete the expression of interest form below. You will need to complete a practice report to demonstrate your ability to complete a mystery shop for our clients.
Two.
Once you’ve been approved, you can apply for our mystery shopping vacancies.
Three.
Prior to completing any mystery shop you will need to watch a training video to understand the requirements for the client, and also score 100% in a knowledge check to show awareness of our client’s brand.
