Walk In Tour + No Join Follow-up

Our Mystery Shoppers will walk into your club during staffed hours and enquire about membership. They will assess how your team executes the AF sales process. At the end of the tour, our mystery shopper will decline to join and assess the no-join follow-up process.

The cost per mystery shop is $195 + GST (monthly mystery shops with a minimum commitment of 12 months)

Booked Tour + No Join Follow-up

Our Mystery Shoppers call your club or enquire online about membership. When they speak to your team, they will book a tour. They will attend that appointment, assess if and how the team acknowledges the conversation they had with the Mystery Shopper when they booked in, do a tour and provide feedback on how your team executes the AF sales process. At the end of the tour, our mystery shopper will decline to join and they will assess the no-join follow-up process.

The cost per mystery shop is $235 + GST (monthly mystery shops with a minimum commitment of 12 months)

Phone or Web Enquiry + No Show Follow-up

Our Mystery Shoppers will contact your club to enquire about membership -either by calling directly or making a website enquiry. If invited into the club, they will book a tour and then no-show for that tour. They will then assess the follow-up after the no-show.

These mystery shops include recordings from all calls after the Franchisee confirms in writing that all staff have signed off on a surveillance clause in their employment contract.

The cost per mystery shop is $55 + GST (monthly mystery shops with a minimum commitment of 12 months)

Current Member Visits

Once a week for 8 weeks, we have a current active member of yours visit the club during staffed hours, provide feedback on the team (interactions with them or other members) as well as the cleanliness and maintenance at the club.

This mystery shop is all about member retention, what's happening in the club during staffed hours that will encourage attendance and keep your members.

The cost is $220 + GST + cost of 8 weeks of membership fees.
