I met my future wife a year after I started Human Experience. Back then, the business had one support office team member, Kim (who is our Quality Assurance Team Leader 8 years on), and three clients.
Fast-forward seven years, and we have 15 support office team members, 7,000 mystery shoppers, and over 50 clients we work with annually. Last month alone, we produced just over 1,000 mystery shopping reports.
Lisca has always been my #1 fan, and she’s always believed in Human Experience as a business. She’s been by my side through all the highs and lows, and we’ve spent hours debriefing and strategising how best to operate and grow this business.
Now not only did I marry an incredible human, but it also happens that Lisca is an amazing asset when it comes to supporting me in business. Lisca is an ex-Bain & Company management consultant. She’s also owned and operated several Anytime Fitness clubs since 2010 and has consulted for companies like Diageo, Telstra, and Treasury Wines. Lisca also worked as the Head of Commercial and Strategy at Quantium, the Australian-born, global data analytics business.
So it’s no small news for me to announce publicly that Lisca has officially joined Human Experience as our Director of Client Solutions and Analytics.
Lisca and her team onboard all new clients, manage client updates, and design and deliver value-adding analytics, grounded in the extensive data we collect through our mystery shopping. We are excited about the opportunities that exist to leverage the data and analytics in the business better than ever before.
It’s not every day you get to say you have a top-tier management consultant/corporate executive join your business! With Lisca’s experience in data analytics, strategy, consumer products, fitness, and retail, she brings incredible insights and strength to our team.
I had planned to officially announce Lisca joining the team months ago, but we’ve just experienced our biggest period of growth in eight years, and we had to double down and pause sending out newsletters and posting LinkedIn articles. Of course, it’s not lost on me that Lisca joined in August, and since then we’ve had our fastest period of growth ever!
Like all the things Lisca and I do together—parenting, working out, travelling, adventuring—we do it well. Working together was never part of the plan, but I have to say, this mixing of personal and business really does work for us!
