Recently we mystery shopped 50 Australian businesses, a mixture of bars and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). We were there to see if their team members either suggested something extra or the “up” option.

When doing these mystery shops we made sure we:

  • Placed the order with a human in person

  • Made a basic, minimum order

  • We were friendly and not in a rush
