While my background working in customer service definitely helps with mystery shopping, my studies in business and marketing have also assisted me in this role. These studies alongside my eight years of mystery shopping experience have given me a glimpse into how businesses connect with their customers and are always seeking improvement. I understand how crucial it is for the team on the ground to deliver on the brand’s strategy and how mystery shopping is a vital component to ensure that happens.
When I’m not mystery shopping, I love visiting a good farmer’s market or second hand store and challenging myself with new recipes.
