I worked in hospitality for over 10 years before I started mystery shopping a couple of years back. One thing I’ve definitely learnt from my time working in the hospitality industry is I know how important the customer experience is, so I feel like I know what to look out for when I head out to do a mystery shop.
I think focus is really important when I’m out mystery shopping, it’s important for me to pay close attention to all the little details to make sure I can factor them into my report. I approach every shop with an open mind and because I love interacting with others, I can’t help but have fun with it too.
When I’m not mystery shopping, I love being out in nature. I love camping, hiking and the beach! Oh, and food, I love food.
