Irene keeps our world turning, carefully allocating each shop to the best suited shopper and quality checking each of their reports.
Irene’s primary role with us here at Human Experience is to quality check the reports from our mystery shoppers, ensuring that the answers and formatting of each document are correct. Her eye for detail is one of the best we’ve seen, and always results in reports of fantastic quality. She is also responsible for allocating the perfect shopper for each of our openings and getting creative with the designs for the company’s Instagram stories and other social media.
Prior to 2019 when Irene joined our team, she graduated with a Bachelors degree of Science in Information and Technology in 2010 and commenced her first role as a Customer Service Representative. She then moved in to freelance work as she loves to learn new things and explore, which freelancing gives her the opportunity to do. Throughout her freelance roles Irene has developed valuable skills in Photoshop, data management, EDM Marketing, social media scheduling, website management and much more. In 2016 she helped to start a company with two business partners that focused on showcasing the works of local artisans where she took on a huge number of administrative tasks, prepared for trade shows and helped the business receive good results for two years. Irene brings all of these fantastic skills that she has developed to her role with us, where we are so lucky to have her share this abundance of knowledge.
Outside of work if Irene’s not sleeping the day away and reading manga… she’s either playing games, reading, tending to her plants, cooking or scrolling through what interests her on social media.
