Meet Emily: our Project Support Coordinator, she is passionate about optimising each of our day-to-day actions and providing our clients with the highest quality service.
Emily plays a vital role in ensuring that every stage of the mystery shopping process goes smoothly. What does this involve? Developing a fully customised mystery shopping report, designing the forms, copy checking the reports once they’ve been submitted, and then communicating these results to our clients. Emily ensures that whatever you need out of your mystery shopping, we can achieve it.
She has also designed, developed and now manages our fantastic online platform ‘Sherlock’. Our shoppers can access training, receive feedback on their reports and connect with the wider community on this secure hub. Our shoppers can also now apply to mystery shop openings at their convenience and control which tasks they would like.
Emily has a Bachelors Degree in Writing and Editing. These are areas she is passionate about and uses her skills in the written arena to improve the quality of everything our business produces. She is also a certified Massage Therapist (we know every good office needs one of those around for when you’ve been at a computer for far too long). Prior to working with us here at Human Experience, Emily was located at one of Australia’s leading health retreats. Here she coordinated the daily schedules of the guests, staff and everyone in-between. This role allowed her to build the organisational skills she has today, and she has continued to develop these over the past year as she coordinates the day to day running of Human Experience.
